Check the pre-gen section. I've got a thread about this same topic (lifting the bike).

As for the cone filters you will need a Dynojet jet kit and you will have to re-jet your carbs for proper performance. Otherwise your bike is gonna run like a a pile of cow ****. Also, you will need a new setup for your crankcase breather. I saw a buncha vintage Ducati's that had their breather's as just a clear tube routed somewhere it won't blow onto the motorcycle, especially its tires.

shorter dogbones, taller rear shock, or both. My tail is rased like 2.5" and I love it.

Mounting a 08-12 shock on the pregen will prevent some of the sag when loaded, effectively lifting the rear. Also, it has at least a preload adjustment.

Bolt on replacement.

I have a newgen shock, it's a touch longer, and doesn't sag nearly as much as the stocker.

I also contacted Soupy's Performance for some adjustable dogbones. Instead of the standard lowering adjustable links, I had them make some shorter ones so I could lift the rear of my bike.

It looks pretty good, but that's not really the important part. It turns in very quickly. Note how much space you can see between the wheel and fender here. This is with the bike on a stand, which compresses the rear a touch. It looks even more impressive when the bike is on the side-stand and there is less weight on the rear wheel:

The other perk of raising the tail is ground clearance. I was within a 1/4" of the edge on my rear tire at the track, and there were no hard parts dragging at all. I had a long way to go lean-wise.
