EDIT -- wrong thread. I thought this was the fitness thread.

Apparently this is the tattoo thread.

Still contemplating next additions to my left arm.. Who cares.

I have a bunch. If I tried to explain the meanings they'd all sound very dorky, so I don't to anyone who doesn't already get it. They're very personal.

I do get a lot of love for my one Triforce tattoo (from the Zelda games), though. It's the winged Hylian crest with "Forever Faithful" written over it in Hylian, because I am a massive nerd.

...after recent adventures I am contemplating an arrow on my left ankle. The meaning? Simple. "Always put the kickstand down". I'm hoping it'll be my first and only time doing that, but a lot of my tattoos (the ones that aren't just plain geekery) are reminders of earlier folly. Things that remind me how much I've grown as a person, and keep me humble.

Certain tattoos command presence. Some transcend cultural or geographical distance/location.

I've been considering something around the scar from my bike crash. Seems fitting, or maybe it's just an excuse to keep my mind occupied while I'm stuck on the couch.

I have really been thinking about getting more ink. My first and last tat was back in about 2000. I want to get maybe 3-5 more.

Two are in my head right now, but another is up in the air. For sure, something about my daughter, and also something about photography (old Nikon camera maybe?). I have also been debating on something relating to bicycles as well.

What do you think about koi-fish tattoo? I know it quite popular tattoos design. My best friend did smth like this http://inkprofy.com/koi-fish-tattoo-...with-meanings/ , but It seems to me that now he has too much ink on his body!

I have lots from my youth, all are faded.

If I could do it all again, I wouldn't.

It's a good for the kids though, some of their mates are getting ink, they look at mine and make a good decision of refraining.

I don't care either way, I'm just a dad who made some stupid decisions that have turned into a lesson for the kids.

Just another example of what I do for my kids, I am like the best example of what not to do, I consider myself the king of the dads.

You should see how much sun protection the kids use, my skin is like old worn leather.

I rock at being a roll model.
