I'm not sure (I don't have a Koso), but have you looked through the Koso DIY's here, and the information isn't there? If not, I hope this thread gets some views and the right answers soon.

Yeah, I checked the DIY and some other places. No one had an exact answer. So I just got a whole new P&P kit off ebay that includes the sensor adapters for the 250. The whole Kit costs less then the individual sensors from the koso site anyways... im planning on just trying to resell the digital gauge harness after, hopefully ill make some money back.

Any updates to determing the correct size adaptors?

I had to replace the oil temp sensor (aluminum breaks too easy) and this is the part I got that fits my 2012. Hope this helps.

What gauges? I have this water temp gauge: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/380774278868?lpid=82

The sensor that comes with, IIRC, directly fit into the stock port of the Ninja's Stock temp sensor.

BTW, I am doing a custom gauge set up. NevadaWolf, are you saying that is the thread size for where the stock oil pressure sensor goes? I am unsure of that size thread.

@linkinpark9812 that's the sensor that takes the place of the stock oil drain plug on the bottom of the bike. Unfortunately, i don't know where the stock oil pressure sensor is.

The original one i had came with the Koso RX-2 that i have. Koso sells the blue bolt that has a hole in it to screw the copper sensor into.

The replacement I got was all one piece.

The sensor that comes with the RX2 is the BF030125 (Size: PT1/8x28) and the best way to mount it to your Ninja is to buy the bolt from the oil pressure switch (Kawasaki oem-no. 92002-1427). So you can put it in the main oil line (sorry don't know the right word in english) and never have to take it off for oil changes. When you mount it don't forget the teflon tape because otherwise it's leaking and water and oil is the same sensor.

That oil temp sensor adapter, is "m12 x p1.5" the size of the threads on the bike?

If so, is that one of the 2 oil drain plugs on the bottom of the ninja or is that the size for where the stock oil pressure switch goes?

The adaptor plug replaces the drain plug so they are the same size.
