Am I missing a screw?
Can someone is that screw is important? Can I ride my bike even without? Please help!

You're just missing a little plastic cover that goes over that hole. Nothing critical at all. Some people use that hole to mount accessories, like in the following link:

Kawasaki used standard readily available levers and mounting brackets..on bikes that dont have the mirrors mounted to the fairings, those holes are for mirrors. Since kawasaki has the mirrors mounted on the fairings, they just plugged those holes with a little plastic plug. Its nothing to be concerned about.
