Hi, my name is Dan, and I'm addicted to Motorcycles!
Just picked up a tired 95' 250r. Wanted one for several years, but couldn't find the right deal. Seriously, I've been actively looking for over 3 years. I finally found a "non-running" bike for a song... actually a whistle. I almost feel bad for the P.O. I don't think he knew what a choke was... I got it running in less than a minute once it was in my garage. So... now I need to get it in good condition. Valve clearance, carb-rebuild, oil, air cleaner. Anything else? This is one of the newest bikes I've owned. I usually stick to vintage.
1st One is my GL500 Cafe Racer I built this summer, second (obviously) is the lil Ninja. No idea why its upside down... sorry about that. Ill get a better pic posted tonight. Last futzed with by ddafoe1; October 23rd, 2015 at 08:45 AM. Reason: add pictures |

Welcome Dan!
Nice score on the bike. Add tires, brakes, lube (cables and such) to you list, I am sure you already know. Any pics of the pregen or of your vintage bikes? What if I add "please....".
