Kawasaki ZX-10RR Homologation Special Track Bike

In celebration of its return to dominance in World Superbike, the speed freaks at Kawasaki have unleashed the track focused 2017 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR special edition. Only 500 examples of this fine machine will be produced so if you want one, you better get in line now.


So, why should you want this bike? Here’s why: It rolls on light weight Marchesini 7-spoke wheels shod with Pirelli Supercorsa SPs and is equipped with Kawasaki’s six-axis IMU, Launch Control (KLCM), ABS (KIBS), engine braking control (KEBS), cornering management (KCMF), traction control (K-TRC) and Quick Shifter (KQS) that allows both clutchless up- and down-shifts. It also has an electronic Ohlins steering damper.

The 200 horsepower engine has a modified head with DLC coated tappets, and is ready to drop in the optional Kawasaki Race Kit Cams. The crank cases are reinforced and the engine covers have cool "RR" logos molded into them too.

The chassis has an adjustable swing arm pivot, (Which requires components from the optional Race Kit) the Showa Balance Free fork and rear shock settings are track focussed out of the box. Brembo M50 monoblock calipers, grooved rotors and steel braided brake lines continue to prove its track oriented chops.
