Tank decals

When buying a tank as an individual part, does it come with the "Kawasaki" decals already applied?

It should because the decal is underneath the clearcoat. I don't know for a fact because I don't know anyone who's bought one before... just my assumption.

Replacements, I think, come without any decals under clear coat, unless you buy it from an Individual off their bike.
