Goped Parts for Viza Viper???

Any of you guys own a Viza go-ped that know of a store (online stores welcomed) that carry OEM replacement parts?

I've tried the following but with no success:

GoPedDepot

VizaMotors (Closed)

Extreme Scooters

Parts for Scooters

I'm in need of a starter recoil ASAP.

you don't need oem... just improvise one from something else?... or rewind the coil yourself with standard coil?

I tried re-coiling it and it's nearly impossible. Spent an hour messing around with it. Took it to a shop and they said yeah they don't even bother with it; and just replace it.

Apparently, my motor is very much different from the norm and require specific starter...so I've been told.

what kind of electrical system is it? did someone convert it to triphase instead of biphase or something? what's the electrical control like? if you put more power through it will it blow something up or is it a mechanical type speed control? if it's "already broken" there's nowhere to go but up right? throw a new one that's "close enough" on there and see what happens
