If you really want to bore it out significantly, you'll need new sleeves too. Boring out factory sleeves will leave nothing left with 65-68mm pistons. It's possible to get up to ~300cc with bigger sleeves and pistons.

Or just put a Ninja 300 engine in and be done with it.

Or just wait for the Ninja 400 to come out this fall.

Do you have a source for 68mm pistons?

Sorry, I haven't actually gotten any into my hands. I discovered rules don't allow me any more than 1mm increase in bore and gave up interest.

Originally, I was going off this thread: https://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=166935 . But it appears the product never came to fruition. Seems 67mm is more common. https://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=297118

If I was going to get 68mm pistons, simplest would be custom JE or Wisco since they already produce some. I like custom CP pistons.

I've been looking for over the counter 68mm pistons to no avail. I was hoping you had a source. JE will make them for $550 a set but that kills my budget on these builds.

It's a shame nobody really makes speed parts commonly
