Cc increase kits? "Bored out"?
For the 248cc engine in the pregen... Are there any kits available to bore it out?

If you really want to bore it out significantly, you'll need new sleeves too. Boring out factory sleeves will leave nothing left with 65-68mm pistons. It's possible to get up to ~300cc with bigger sleeves and pistons.

Sorry, I haven't actually gotten any into my hands. I discovered rules don't allow me any more than 1mm increase in bore and gave up interest.
Originally, I was going off this thread: https://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=166935 . But it appears the product never came to fruition. Seems 67mm is more common. https://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=297118 If I was going to get 68mm pistons, simplest would be custom JE or Wisco since they already produce some.
