Unhappy One of those days....

So I just came back from a ride where I went to go pick up some food and then decided to go waaaay out of my way to get back home, but it was just one of those rides where nothing went well. I stalled at a light once, almost dropped my bike because I accidentally went for the front brake while I was in a low speed turn (muscled it back up thank goodness), kept missing shifts because my foot just couldn't find the shift lever.....

It made for a garbage ride so I just came back home, but it was a nice stark reminder that I am very much a noobie and not to get overconfident.

I hate those days.....that's when I pull over and gather myself. I then try to focus on shifting well, using the brakes smoothly and not being sooooo distracted with what I did wrong but what I need to do that's right. When I dwell on my errors- I will make MORE errors!

That's pretty much what happened. Every time I missed a shift, I just kept thinking about it more and more and was just overthinking everything I was doing haha.
