SOLD REFURBED carbset #106
My #106 are carefully REFURBED to tweaked specs, Dyno Jet 98 main jets, factory 38 pilot jets, Dyno Jet needles, factory pilot screws set to 2.5 turns out, carefully synched
Perfect to offer a long service life for any "Pre-gen" employing stock or aftermarket exhaust EX250 from '88-'07 * REFURBED, split, totally disassembled and every component cleaned using standard combination of my usual, both machine and handiwork (note like-new condition of all brass components) * all new orings all around, with new viton float valves (with dressed seats) installed * new stainless steel hardware all around * Dyno Jet kit installed, slide air pickup drilled to 7/64", needle clips set to #4 needle position, with my special spacers installed to prevent needle float * perfect slide action * carefully bench synched throttle plates * all circuits cleared and confirmed clear * wet tested, fuel levels perfect, no leaks * bolt-on runners ready to rock, prepped to deliver a long service life * note 1 stripped 4mm bowl screw has been drilled, re-threaded, utilizing an oversized 5mm screw (perfectly safe and secure) SOLD Please contact via PM here (or email gordon@customcarbservices.com) to discuss specifics, or with any further questions, for pics, etc. Members thanks for lookin'.
