2010 ninja 250 weird dash light complication.

G'day all been an avid browser of this site for a while now just finally made an account and ran in to something iv never seen with my ninja, was starting it up to go for a late night ride and after a few mins of warming up both the oil temp light and coolant temp lights came on and flashed twice, I thought nothing of it but it processed to do it again 3 more times, rode to and from my destination no problems or lights coming back on, probably nothing serious but I't had never done this happen before and I only recently had it serviced.

The oil light is not an oil temperature light, it's a low-level warning. Having both of those lights flash a couple times seems like it might be from a wiring problem of some sort, with something making contact that shouldn't, but before you go any farther, you should verify that your oil level is in the sight glass.

Oh fair tnx for that only just got my bike mid last year's it's been a lot of trial and error with a lot of googling and self taught information, still get it wrong some times though 😆 yea oil levels in the glass must be a wiring issue I suspect ur right iv had problems with the wiring in the past months going from the ignition so when I fully turned left the bike would shut off, I fixed the wire, but probably have to go through and check some more.
