My Passenger "Frank The Frog"

Today was a nice cool morning and the dew had already settled on all the vehicles in the parking lot. I was getting ready to sattle up and while pulling my helmet over my head I caught something out of the corner of my eye.

This little fella was staring me right in the visor. Immediately I tried to convince him to get off the bike so he wouldn't hurt himself but it was no success, he wanted to ride. So, admiring his decision to stand his ground in the determination to ride I allowed him to stay. Since he was going to be staying around I decided ti is best to give him a nickname, thus he became "Frank The Frog". Now, it's no secret here that Frank is a squid, no helmet, no gloves, no jacket, nothing, just slime. I admired his bravery but feared he might be insane.

We are both on the bike now and I take off, Frank is still holding on and looking me in the face and I think I almost saw a grin on his face. We got around the block and he started to adventure around the top of the dash. I'm afraid Frank got a little too adventuress when we reached a stoplight though because he fell into the air duct below the windshield and I am afraid he is more than likely now dead....

R.I.P. "Frank The Frog"
Ride on in that great big pond in the sky.

They're toxic or "poisonous" but they aren't venomous.

The difference is one will kill you if you eat it, the other will kill you if it injects you with it's venom.

You could quite safely handle one if you didn't have any open cuts, it couldn't harm you if it wanted to.

I also think this thread should read "Today I killed a frog because i didn't want to take it off my bike"

lol Aww that's cute. Did you see how tiny he was? He would have more than likely been eaten anyway. At least he got to experience ridding. How many frogs can say that?

Looks like a spring peeper

Had them in NJ. In the spring they'd literally cover the roads at night.
I've run over thousands, I'm sure. There was no driving between them. I was content with the knowledge that they all died instantly.

All I'm saying is it wouldn't have killed him to take an extra 10 to 15 seconds to pick a frog up and put it on the ground. I believe all living things have intrinsic value to a certain degree.
