Anyone on Long Island with an aftermarket pipe?
I'd love to hear it in person before I go out and splurge on a slip-on.
I've been eyeing the Level One Racing slip-on but their after promo price on "sale" is $300 something and that's without the baffle that's supposedly recommended. If anything, besides the bear mountain voyage, are there any island meetups coming up soon? Would be able to get to see all our sexy bikes together while hearing several exhaust notes. |

Scratch the exhaust orchestra interest. I've just placed an order on a Mussari exhaust from a Canadian importer -- very friendly guy by the way. It should be here by early next week. From the video, it seems to have a similar deep growl like the LOR exhaust AND it comes with a baffle.
It's coming in a silver color but I'm having it repainted. I can't wait. So on to whatever meeting we may be having on the island. I know I'm new to the game but I've already exercised my passion for riding. Haven't touched the car in quite some time and did a few trips in the rain. So rain or shine, my Ninja's going to be with me -- to an extent. I'd stop when the black ice starts to creep up. |

Are you talking about the exhaust? Or the island itself? The island's boring. The exhaust is kinda meh looking but the sound is so awesome . I'm having it painted in flat black with two green pinstripe-size collars. It'll look better than I'm describing it. |
