2010 Ninja 250R SE - SoCal

Selling my 2010 Ninja 250R SE with 31,0xx miles on it as of this posting.

I swapped out the old gauges for another set from a donor bike that read about 600 miles above the actual mileage on the engine. The needles for the tach/speedo stuck for about 1 minute after startup from sitting in storage for so long. By the time I get out of the parking lot the gauges work fine.

I am aware that mods do not increase the resale value of the bike, but I have spent a lot of time and effort dialing in the bike so that it performs well and would like to pass that savings onto the next owner by taking the loss (after my low side last year, I have purchased a new OEM front fairing and lower fairings and OEM forks).

Registration is paid for through May 2015.

All maintenance was done by myself, with major maintenance done within the last 2,000 miles (oil and valves).

This bike has been lowsided twice to my knowledge, one from the PO and once by me last year and has shown signs of age. I will do my absolute best to acknowledge every single flaw in this ad.

I will denote mods that were done by the previous owners with a (PO).

Here are the mods:

Engine/exhaust:

SSR emissions block-off plate
Area-P mid-high mount full race system (I will provide the stock exhaust with the sale)
K&N pod filters (PO)
FactoryPro Stage 3 kit (I will provide the full kit with purchase)
APE manual CCT

Suspension/controls:

Race Tech 0.75kg/mm front fork springs
Showa 37mm fork dust and oil seals
Race Tech 15W fork oil
Woodcraft clip-ons
Zip-tie throttle mod (PO)
ASV F3 standard length levers, black lever with red adjuster (slight rash on tip of clutch lever)
Moth racing rear sets, black (rear brake side is not perfectly straight, bent slightly backwards)
Shimmed cush drive
Spiegler stainless steel brake lines, black lines with red banjo bolts
LED bulbs in the gauges with the diode mod

Other:

Zero Gravity double bubble windscreen, light smoke
Philips X-treme Power headlight bulbs
LED tail lights built into the tail fairing (PO)
LED rear brake light.
Brake light modulator, flashes quickly three times before staying on. (PO)
Bridgeport 90-degree valve stems, red valve stems with black caps.
Speedbleeder in front caliper only (I was sent a slightly longer Speedbleeder so it does not thread in all the way, but it does not affect the function of the Speedbleeder).

Consumables:

Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tires, 110 front 140 rear, less than 1,000 miles on them.
Motul 300V oil and K&N oil filter
Motul RBF600 brake fluid
NGK Iridium spark plugs
Engine Ice coolant
Vesrah VD-250JL pads front and rear
DID ERV3 chain.
Superlite sprockets, stock gearing 14T front 45T rear.
Yuasa YTX9-BS (Installed January 2014)

Maintenance:

I have all my maintenance records on the Road Trip iOS app on my iPod. I also have oil analyses from Blackstone Labs from the past 3 oil changes.

Chain lubed with Motul Road Lube every 200 miles.
Chain slack and alignment checked every 1,000 miles.
Chain cleaned every 1,000 miles.
Clutch cable lubed every 1,000 miles.
Valves checked and adjusted approximately 2,000 miles ago.
Oil changed with Motul 300V and K&N-401 filter approximately 2,000 miles ago.

Here are the flaws on the bike:

Both mirrors have scratches on the plastic side.
Fairing stay is tweaked and fairings need a little bit of persuasion to align.
Missing some bolts/rivets on the radiator cowling, front fairing and windscreen.
Woodcraft clip-ons have faded in spots to a bronze color and they are not 100% equal on both sides. Does not seem to affect turning.
Scuff on clutch cover.
Rear brake rear set is not 100% perpendicular to the frame.
No rear brake light, was not installed when I bought it (PO).
No kickstand safety switch, was not installed when I bought it (PO).
There are some scratches on the gas tank due to my tank bag picking up staples from work. There is also a slight dent on the area where a tank pad would usually go. There are also some scratches/rubbing due to fairing alignment issues with the tweaked fairing stay.
Headlights used to be HID and glued in by (PO) but I replaced them with Philips halogens, the retaining clip for each headlight had to be snapped off, resulting in the low-beam reflector being slightly melted when a bump knocked the headlight off its mount. Has not occurred since I made sure that the headlight bulbs are fully seated before putting on the front fairing.
Scratches on the left side of the front fender, no front fender reflectors.
Scratches on the tail fairing from what looks like bungee straps.
Chip on the topside of the rear brake light.
Hardware on license plate vibrated out, the plate is attached using epoxy.
Gas gauge is inaccurate (known flaw, use trip meter)

I apologize for the long post, but I like to be as thorough as possible so that there are no surprises.

I am asking $2,700 for the bike and am located in the San Diego area. I am in and out of my office during the weekdays and will be available during the weekends as long as you give me a heads up.

Here are the pics, I tried to highlight all the damages/flaws. I am posting the image links so that the pictures don't automatically show up and slow down your browser.

As per our instructions, it's not a great idea to put the price in the title; because you're not able to edit it afterwards without assistance. GLWS.
