tire alignment

How can you tell if the wheels are aligned with each other? Would the bike wobble?

why would they be out of alignment? you can straighten the rear by looking at the alignment markings on the swing arm.

Because I adjusted the chain tonight. So is the marks are on the same line the wheels are aligned.

If the rear wheel is not aligned you will get vibration, varying from left to right, at low speed.

You will also get uneven noise from the chain.

Also remember the chain should be adjusted from the tightest point, the wheel should spin freely once adjusted

Not with much accuracy. The marks on the ninjette are iffy and variable (just loosen the axle and you can see how they can each be moved forward and back several mm without the axle actually moving). More info in the main DIY thread covering this:
