What are some of your favorite naked conversions?

So I've been buying some parts and already invested $100 for the upper fairing stay but I was inspired by this bike on the welcoming page and now I'm thinking well I can still save myself ~400 if I don't buy fairings and do a naked conversion.

This conversion is also cool but I was wondering where I might find some new gen conversions and maybe do that.

P.S. @Alex I hope this is the right area to post this question.

This one is pretty cool, but pricey: http://blklabmotorcycles.com/product...a250-2008-2012

I got back on the road after crashing for next to no $$$ at all by reusing as many stock parts as I could.

But it got no mirrors! And I wonder what the front looks like when the pillion seat isn't there.
