What oil....
Should I use? Type (like 10w40 for example) Brand? Any other specifics?

?W-40 I only say this because it comes in a couple different first number selections. The 40 is the most important number.

Bike has 3200 miles on it it's an 03

The T6 is synthetic and is pretty cheap by the gallon. Walmart generally has it for around $20 a gallon and you'll get 2 changes out of it. Every 5k miles or annual is my suggestion.
