WV is motorcycle heaven. Great roads, great view, and fairly friendly people. Going through the mountains is an experience I think every motorcyclist should have.

Looking forward to the pics!

I was terrified of it because they were literally my first moment on the street with only the MSF under my belt (bought it in WV, rode it home to GA).

There were a few other scary things: Thin lanes, lots of blind turns, and gravel in almost every turn. The mountain roads are particularly thin because they would literally have to chop further into the mountain to widen them, so they just spread gravel on the sides of the road so that the car driving up can pull over while the car coming down continues on. This causes the gravel to get washed into the road at each bend. Also, many of the roads are cut into the side of a mountain leaving a wall of dirt on your side and the gravel area being more of a ditch after everything is washed away.
