To be honest I've never ridden a Ninja 300 before but coming from a heavily modified and light Ninja 250 (270lbs) it does feel quote smooth.

Well I might over overstated the weight loss, it's more than likely closer to 300 +/- 10 lbs. But here is a photo of the bike near complete, sorry don't have a more updated pic.
