Top Speed

I'm doing a track day in a few weeks and I've been trying to get the bike ready. I'm wondering what top speed I should be able to get with this setup and my 210 pound ass on the little beast.

YEAR:2008

INTAKE MODIFICATIONS: air box pulled K&N 0990 kleen air removed

EXHAUST MODIFICATIONS: Area P 12" stainless

JET KIT OR STOCK? jet kit

BRAND OF JET KIT? Dynojet

MAIN JET: 108

NEEDLE AND CLIP POSITION: 3rd

MIXTURE SCREW SETTINGS: 3 to 4 turns out

ELEVATION:400 ft

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BIKE’S JETTING SETUP:
Idles well, takes throttle well from idle, pulls well to redline. Plugs show a little lean mixture. What kind of top speed should I expect from this setup?

100 mph, give or take 2 or 3. (The speedo reads high for most, so if you do have a very long straight and a very strong running bike, it might nudge 108 or 109, but it will be reading high).

I'm thinking if your ass is 210 your belly is probably another 150, legs and arms, add another 150, 11 pound head, I think 80mph is your top.

not sure where you are tracking but I doubt your going to have enough track with a good enough run to top her out, especially if your new to the track. My brother is about your weight and bike is a bit more modded, makes well north of 30whp and on TWS (a high speed track with a hell of a good run out around the banking) JUUUUUSSTT barely tops 6th on stock gearing with a flat out run out of the last corner ....... bike trapped 102 verified FYI

Barber. Maybe not enough straight there to top out. Still ought to be interesting though.

210lbs? My guess would be 95mph tops if lucky but looking at 90mph reasonably. The speedometer will read higher though.

It does kind of depend whether it's a "fluffy" 210, or a more aerodynamically configured 210.

I'd like to think aerodynamically.

The bike will do 95 indicated regularly so I guess I'm doing OK.
