Front Brake Cable issue w/ Driven Clip-ons
My 300 had Driven clip-ons installed when I bought it.
The cables rub and catch on the right side of the instrument cluster I angled the brake line to the left a little, but there's no more slack in the line. Anyone have this happen before? Or ideas?!

Besides what you've done already, keep trying different adjustments.
If it still a problem, you're looking at a new brake line, maybe a longer one?,and/or a different angle banjo fitting to achieve the clearance needed. http://www.venhillusa.com/make-your-...l?options=cart I personally have Venhill lines on my Ninjette, and have no issues with the whatsoever, excellent quality, performance and price. SIDENOTE: get the stainless steel banjo bolts also.

When I got SS brake lines, I got banjo fittings that were angled to help prevent that. I also used a ziptie lol.

Slide the bar further outboard in the riser clamp? Reverse the banjo bolt to take advantage of the different angle (I can't remember if it's angled or not).

Hey everybody- I really appreciate the ideas and help. Fantasizing about braided steel lines at some point (those Venhill do look really good).
I've pulled the line out of the two guiding clips and gotten a teensy bit more slack (not enough to reverse the banjo bolt) so will ride and see if that seems like enough for now...

The brake lever looks very high. this is probably why the problem is so pronounced on your bike.
