OFFICER SCOTT TREBLE SAY THE MOTORCYCLIST THEN FOLLOWED THE VAN UP TO THE TRANS-CANADA HIGHWAY, WHERE THE MAN-- A RESIDENT OF LANGFORD-- BEGAN AN ARGUMENT WITH THE VAN'S 41-YEAR-OLD FEMALE DRIVER.

TREBLE SAYS THE VAN'S 17-YEAR-OLD PASSENGER MADE AN OBSCENE GESTURE TOWARD THE 61-YEAR-OLD MALE, WHO ALLEGEDLY HEADED TO THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VAN-- AND THEN SLAPPED AND PUNCHED THE 17-YEAR-OLD IN THE SIDE OF THE FACE.

this doesnt make any sense. how is the rider following the van? if he cut the van off then he's in front of it.

I'd bet that the driver almost ran the guy over and didn't realize it, so she claimed that the road rage was unprovoked.

He probably cut them off or they didn't like his ability to weave in front of them, horn honks were exchanged, tempers flared, and they followed EACHOTHER to a point where the confrontation happened.

what kind of idiot on a bike would not avoid road rage? unless you got a nice heavy chain or brick you carry around you, and a super fast sport bike, your as good as a fly on the visor.

I'm just thinking about the teenager who got smacked for flipping off the motorcyclist. I bet he's getting a lot of razzing from his buddies:
"Ha ha, you got bitch-slapped while riding shotgun in your Mom's mini-van!"
