1989 Resurrected from the Dead

Last summer I resurrected a 1989 from the dead (see video in Videos section).
Can't believe the fun I'm having on this Ninjette! Just gotta keep your left foot busy. Only issue I have is a harsh ride. Got to research a new shock.

As much as I'm enjoying this 250 it needs to go on the block in Spring. (Sigh).

Hi Steve & welcome to Ninjette!

These bikes are quite loads of fun!

Harsh ride may just mean your shock & swingarm pivots need cleaning and greasing. There’s needle bearing the bushings ride on and they can bind without adequate lubrication. I do these every other year.

Awesome restoration and photos! I really like the GPZ750 colour scheme!

Thanks, Danno. Your advice makes sense. I'll take care of that as soon as warmer weather arrives here in the northeast.
