New farkles, and some that I took off

Got in all the parts I had ordered and got them installed. Put on Galfer braided front brake line, ebc HH pads, ZG double bubble in dark smoke, Corbin seat, and rear seat cowl, set of folding extendable adjustable levers from the2wheels.

I had also installed a set of woodcraft clip ons but wasn't feeling it after a little more than a week so I took them off. I got a lightly used set of front preload adjusters that won't be going on now because of that. I have been having problems with a shoulder lately so that probably contributed to the not making the clip ons work, I am torn on whether to sell them or hang on to them and try again later.

The double bubble and the cowl look great on the bike and I love the levers, the corbin seat is not impressing me as much as I wanted. I know they break in and mold to you, but as of right now I wouldn't spend the 300 on it again if I had the choice. It is an improvement but not as much as I had hoped. I does look good though.

Pics to prove it happened

Looking good! I've had much better luck with the corbin seats that I've ridden in to their shop to get custom fitted. The mail-order ones are always going to be more hit-and-miss in terms of whether they really do fit the rider and their riding style perfectly. Still likely better than a stock seat that has even more compromises (and cost constraints) built into it, but not as good as it can be.

What are the advantages and cons of the woodcraft clip-on handlebars.

Bike looks great. Now just need to ditch that big terd exhaust can.

I don't think I've heard anyone on this forum say the Corbin seat was worth the money !?!

Pros
More aggressive position, weight more forward. I really liked them on short rides on twisty roads.

Cons
Weight forward, lower and more forward bars. I really hated them on my daily commute to work. I have to add that I have had some shoulder problems lately, unrelated to the clipons. They caused me some discomfort in the more forward position after 15-20 min. You need to use more of your core muscles to hold yourself up to avoid weight on your wrists.

If I didn't ride daily for my commute I would have left them on. After my shoulder quits bothering me, and my work schedule slows, I may try again.

I am ready to soon, the thought of my bike being down while I mess with jetting is my only holdup right now, that and deciding which system I want
