He was riding a CBR250. No helmet. Someone up there is watching over him!
Now, he has a new gen Ninja 250. Saw it on the news. The news clip shows him pulling into a parking spot with no gear and no helmet. |

Some of the follow up comments in that Facebook post are amusing.
From watching the car moving from the left side of the screen to the right, it would appear to me that the motorcyclist also has a left turn arrow. As the two vehicles make their left turn, one of them strays over into the other's lane. From this angle I would have guessed the motorcyclist, but the cops ticketed the car driver so perhaps not. I also see some conflicting comments that the motorcyclist was also ticketed for not having a motorcycle classification on his licence.
