Quick question regarding fork seal job

Hi all, haven't posted here in a while (I don't feel as though I have much I can contribute...it's mostly all been covered ) but I have a quick question in regards to my fork seal job.

I am going to be replacing the fork and dust seals with a kit from eBay (All Balls Racing .... anyone heard of it / used it ??), I have been reading the service manual and all the posts related to fork seal jobs on this forum.

The manual says you should replace a and z and everything in between (which I personally see as slightly un-neccesary), some say you should just replace the snap rings and the fork and dust seals...others say bushings also (saw RacerX say it's a good idea to replace the upper bushing....)

My question is, what is necessary if everything is in good condition ?

It is never a "bad" thing to replace the bushings or sliders or clips.

that being said it is not always necessary to do them. The thing is people often do seals very infrequently, usually don't do them until all the fork oil is gone and they are a big problem. When this happens yes, you should most likely replace the bushings.
You can see how much slop in the lower to upper part of the fork. if they clunk forward and backward then you MUST replace the bushings else the seal will still leak.

If you've got your forks apart check the teflon coating on the bushings. If it's not worn down or chipped off anywhere you shouldn't have an issue re-using them.
