Carburetor don't close by itself
Hi
Took my carburetor out to clean, which I have don't it a few times before. After cleaning it and leaving it in a bag overnight the carb doesn't close by itself. Before when I turn the butterflies and let go it would snap back and close. Now if I open the butterflies it stays where it is. How do I fix this? |

Do yiu have both cables hooked up?
Before attaching to cables to carbs, did cables move freely? How much play do you have in cables? |

as of right now the cable are not hook up. I just took it out to clean and have not put the carb back on to the ninja 250.
I didn't remove any of the outer springs. |

See where shaft enters and exits carb bores? Spray those 4 areas with PB-blaster

What's that green stuff on butterfly plate? |
