Long cafe racer seat?
Aight, so I know this isn't really "tech talk" but I figured since it's me asking a question instead of showing off my bike, I'd put it here instead of in the farkles. Alex, you can move it if you want.
Anyhow, I wanna go Cafe, but I want to do it super super cheap. But, I also want to be able to have space for both storage and 2up on my bike's seat. My options so far are: 1: If someone knew of a cheap, long option for this build (unlikely), or 2: build one (Probably the better option) Now, about building one, some people have told me that wood probably isn't a good idea, but nobody has said why. I think it'll be fine, but I'm not a genius so if anyone's got any input, that'd be appreciated. I don't want to do fiberglass. I HATE fiberglass a lot. It's just satanic and awful and I don't like it. Thanks for reading. I look forward to your advice. |

Update: I found something that might work for me. This dude had the right idea:
