I'm shopping for cheap brake pads, mine will need replacement by the time winter comes. So im trying to find a good deal now, so i have them on hand.
Came across these on ebay! Anyone ever buy these from them? Are they good? Do they FIT correctly? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/KAWAS...ts_Accessories |

Talk to Matt with Sportisi about Vesrah pads. VERY good pads and only a couple bucks more.

FWIW, there is no "Front" AND "Rear." They are the same. You may open your value options by looking for the absolute cheapest and doubling-up.

I'll throw my 2 cents in here, for whatever they're worth.
I know your looking for a great deal, but brakes are not something I would skimp out on. I'd suggest going with the EBC HH pads rather than the no name ebay pads. Cheapest does not always mean it is the best deal. I did stainless steel front brake line and EBC HH pads a while ago, and now that they have had time to adequately break in, the braking power is much better than it was with stock pads and stock lines. The lever feel is amazing, it hardly fades after a few hard stops in a row unlike with the stock components. I did the lines and pads at the same time so I cannot say whether the majority of the improvement is due to the lines or pads. Either way, I suggest you go with the EBC's. |

I found over the years, oem pads work the best. Unless your going with some sort of after market rotors, needing specific pad type. |

Vesrah's are the best brake pad available hands down. EBC Power Pro Series is second.

Ebc hh
Best deal I found for the EBC FA197HH Brake Pads are for 27$ shipped to Canada. Ebay if your friend. Even less shipped to cont. USA.
I would stay away from certain Shinto products, especially on eBay. Being an active eBay member for over 8 years now, I wouldn't trust some of their listings, very sketchy. |

EBC FA197HH
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOS-E...ts_Accessories SIXTY FA197HH (EBC Part Number) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Sixit...ts_Accessories I purchased the EBC, they have a great rep. And even if there is better stuff, do you really need it? These pads are amazing. Take our word for it. |

The bottom ones aren't EBC. They are just referring to EBC part numbers so they fit the same bikes. The EBC FA197HH ones only come one way, they are sintered.

My Kawi dealer has EBC HH pads for less than $30 (10% off parts since I bought the bike from them).
