Talking 2005 Pipe Exhaust

I need some help in installing the top side[Engine] pipe exhaust, it been more then 6 months since I took it apart and did not have time to put it back together, and I can not remember exactly which parts locations goes where.
1. Pipe Exhaust
2. Exhaust pipe holder
3. Exhaust pipe collar[2 pcs]
4. Exhaust pipe holder gasket.

I looked at the Kawasaki parts on line, but I can not comprehend which parts goes where exactly.

Thanks,

You looked at this...

and can't tell what goes where?
I honestly haven't had it apart, but if you have all the correct parts, they are probably only going to correctly go together one way. Looking at the parts diagram should definitely help this process. If you're still confused I'm not sure I know what to tell you unless you ask a more detailed question...

Thank for the reply, but I do not know how the Exhaust pipe collar 2pcs [92143] is fitted with the Exhaust pipe holder [180369] onto the exhaust side.

You put the two halves of the collar together around the exhaust pipe, with the flanged end away from the pipe end. 10869 then presses on the flanged end, forcing the end of the pipe into the exhaust port. The gasket, 11009A goes in the port first, to seal the end of the exhaust pipe.

Yeah I'm sorry- like I said I haven't had mine off. Looking at the diagram, I would guess that 1109A is the gasket, and that it goes into the head at the exhaust port. Then I would try fitting first the pipe holder (18069) then the collar (92143), over the exhaust pipe so the collar can squeeze and catch on the lip on the end of the pipe. It would seem as though the collar is a compression fitting, where the holder (18069) slides over the downpipe of the exhaust, then you fit it up to the head and put the nuts on. I could be wrong about this- I'm just kind of guessing by looking at the diagram. It does look kind of odd, since the diagram indeed does not make it obvious what is actually holding the pipe in place. But if the collar indeed has some flex to it and will fit over the lip on the end of the exhaust pipe where you connect to the heads... I would assume that collar goes on and that lip actually meets up with the gasket at the head. The rest is just the assembly that holds it in place. Does that make any sense?
