Jon Broom

It has been three years since Jon Broom had a tragic accident on his race bike. It was a ninja 250 and he crashed and hit his head. Though he had all the gear and was on the track he was badly injured.
Over the last three years I have tried to keep up with his progress. It has been slow and he has gone through more than anyone should have to go through. His wife and family have been put through unimaginable pain and suffering.

I just wanted to remind everyone he is still struggling and can use some prayers. He is a good guy and loved motorcycles.

I'd heard back in late March from a rider on the CRMA boards that he'd gotten out to the track. It was great news back then, and a big improvement. Any update on his condition and prognosis?

Here's a link to the original thread about his accident. There continue to be very frequent updates on their facebook page. It's been a tough road.

We have not stopped praying for Jon. Brain injuries are serious stuff and recoveries seem like an eternity.
