I once bought a complete head for UNDER $150 on ebay (relying on memory, don't remember cost without looking it up). I planed on rebuilding an engine, but I never used it. If you don't find another solution, PM me. It's complete with valves, but I'll want to verify it has caps and all parts before officially offering it.

EDIT: post pics of the underside. I wonder if you could get away with reusing yours, but it's difficult to make out by the image you posted.

Javi; keep in mind: all of us that have taken on learning new things have faced similar challenges. Don't be frustrated. The only way to learn is to do!
I have broken many parts and skinned many knuckles learning how to fix things.

He disappeared suddenly quite a while ago, and as far as I know hasn't been heard from since. No idea what happened to him.

Or just edit these in the OP with attribution to “Ninja 250 Motorcycle Maintenance” on YouTube:
Part 1: https://youtu.be/MP0kYpdZclU
Part 2: https://youtu.be/rEv8QcUznpM
Part 3: https://youtu.be/Q1qQLV5Qg8Y
Part 4: https://youtu.be/VDFI2WxWfR0
Part 5: https://youtu.be/8kD-pOLMeq0

It’s an excellent series that even covers misprints, contradictions, errors, and misconceptions while cross referencing multiple EX250J/K service manual revisions and the Clymer manual.

Worth a watch even if you’ve done it a hundred times!
