Trackmaster phone app?

just bought it because im too cheap to buy a real lap timer... $10! tried it out a few times and it seems fantastic! even allows you to record video with the telemetry in the shot!

anyone else use it? im wondering how it will perform over the course of a day. i need to figure out a mount for it on my triples or something so i can use the camera. for now i just put it in my pocket and it recording things fine, though the G forces are weird when turning because im also moving my upper body... would be nicer to have it mounted to the bike

I bought this app late this season and only got to try it at one track. It worked great other than finding a place to put my phone (my Sprint EVO 4G is a larger phone). The hump on the back of my Spidi suit unzips to hold a water container, so I dropped the phone back there. I liked that other than I couldn't get it back out myself without taking off the suit.

I bought an external Bluetooth GPS receiver and run it at the recommended 5Hz. I like creating my splits using Google Earth and then loading them on my phone.

I haven't tried the video recording yet. Not sure how I would mount the phone.
