That's really sad, somone trying hard to do something in life and earn it and some punk who wants to steal it. He could have just taken it or take off but he had to shoot him. R.I.P.

Sad and infuriating. Ghetto trash got the drop on the rider at which point there was nothing he could've done, even if he was armed. I sincerely wish a slow and grueling death to the filth that did this. Thoughts and prayers to the kids family, may they eventually find comfort and healing.

That is a sad story. Killed because he didn't move fast nuff..WTF? I hope that guy gets ran over by a bus. This is the very reason why I belive in having a license to conceal. Violence is no solution to any problem, but look at the news. Protect your self.

Question

Sad but true element of the article.. no matter how hard you work to get ahead do the right thing, some scumbag can just come up to you and take everything from you for no reason.. wrong place, wrong time.. even though he was going to hand over the key and the bike that he worked so hard for.. it wasn't 'quick' enough for the killer..

Even if the killer gets caught, what might happen to him? cost for tax payers for legal process, 30-40k a year in tax money for incarceration for the rest of his life? or what's the average sentence for manslaughter?
