Eliminate the strobe? (Street FX Brakelight)

I received some Brake light Electro-pods that strobe when used, and figured I would attach them to my bike. My only concern is that the flashing strobe would get very annoying-very quickly to other drivers, and I wouldn't need the strobe considering that I already have my rear light modulated (using the BackOff XP brake modulator).

I was hoping there would be some way to eliminate the strobe and create a solid light. After looking at the wires, it seems as though all that is used to light up the LEDs is a positive wire + fuse, and a ground wire.

The video shows both the flashing unit (0:17), as well as the continuous light (0:42).

Any help is appreciated!
