Yeah, that road system looks confusing given lack of road markings and the pattered road, I guess that's somewhere in london? I at first thought that was a two way, but the bike was just "filtering" which would be illegal here, the car probably saw the bike overtaking the cars, thought it was a dual carriageway, got to the end, thought "bugger! ****, pull into lane quick!"

He was a bit of a bellend about it!

BUT! And it's a big but, I wouldn't have followed the car so closely, despite how tempting it is, I wouldn't have shouted and swore as that's just exacerbating the situation. Avoid conflict, keep calm, send a recorded copy of the video to police with notes and a request for prosecution.

"Yes, it's just the guy on the bike was driving all over the place and I was having to keep an eye on him and that distracted me"

"ok sir, just be mindful of your driving and other road users"

"yes officer, thanks i'll be more careful now, bye"

Edit: if cars left a gap that big between each other here i'd filter all the time! We're about three foot gap when crawling!

Agree with everything you said except for the police thing.

Personally, I wouldn't have shouted at the driver. I'd probably pull up alongside him and try and reason when he was stopped in his car. I think there is a better chance of a positive outcome all round if you just reason with someone. I know that not everyone can be reasoned with though. A girl almost drove into me in her car. I pulled along side her after and politely gestured that she pay more attention. She gave me the finger. Nice. * shakes head * Plenty of maniacs out there... another reason why it's worth keeping cool and not getting aggressive with people. You just don't know what kind of mental state they're in. I think it was Motofool who linked to that short article about how a large percentage of road users have some kind of aggression inducing mental health problem. If you escape a bad situation involving one of these people, I think it's sometimes best to just count yourself lucky and avoid chancing a second bad situation with them.

"f**k*** cu*t" sounds pretty rude to me!

I think I know what you mean though! Despite the rude words and agressive driving there was something kind of proper about their interaction lol.

It makes me think of this:

Haha, yeah the words are rude, but I started laughing because it wasn't offensive (to me, in context) due to the tone and sound of it all. It was like it was a joke of an insult on both ends. Robinhood Men In Tights! You just won points with me! It also reminds me of this (I posted this before on this forum somewhere):
