Bolt reference

I'm getting ready to get my bike race ready, and I need to safety wire -- since I use anodized titanium bolts I need to get them pre-drilled. Is there any resource that has all the bolts with full measurements since the parts fiche seems to only give partial ones (e.g. BOLT,FLANGED,16X22 while I need something that has all 3 -- M10 x (1.25mm) x 20mm )

I haven't had any issues with drilling Ti bolts, they're softer than steel. A cobalt bit works well.

Would still need the measurements whether predrilled or no (sorry should’ve been clearer that I’m converting this from a stock bike not existing titanium)

Don’t get tunnel vision on Ti, AL works as well or better in some places.

Depends upon the bolt. Nothing structural should be Al, since it’s only 1/3rd strength of steel. Most weight-savings come from replacing biggest bolts first with Ti, about 6-8 lbs savings. Smaller non-critical bolts replaced with Al will save 1-2 lbs.

Titanium wheel axles and nuts, swingarm pivot bolt & nut, shock-mounting and linkage bolts & nuts, engine-mounting bolts & nuts,brake-caliper and rotor mount bolts, sprocket studs & nuts, triple-T clamp bolts, mirror bolts, fairing stay bolts, rearset bolts, passenger peg bolts, muffler mounting bolt, shifter rod, etc.

Aluminium = fairing bolts, tank bolts, battery-tray bolts, dog-bones, thermostat-housing bolts, water-pump bolts, sprocket cover bolts,

Ah... hmm, I've never found any listings of actual bolt sizes. I’ve had to measure whenever I replaced anything.

It's not tunnel vision, I've used Aluminum plenty -- and I've used probolts website plenty. It's incomplete. For example, they have front brake available but the rear brake (regardless of material) in only available in a dome head. Since I need to safety wire both brakes, this makes it not an option for me since I'd rather not chew through bits if I can avoid it.

I’d just call them to order you oddities you can’t find in the catalog. They’ll match up a generic race spec bolt for you.

I still need the measurements though :P When you get the "Ninja 300 bolt kit" it doesn't tell you what it contains and the part fiche isn't complete either.

From this the ones that I believe i need are:
- Exhaust mount (already have these from @kbryant )
- Front Brake (looks like ProBolt has this kitted)
- Pinch Bolt et al on front forks
- Rear Brake
- Oil Drain Plug
- Water Pump

I'm pretty sure everything on the ninja is coarse pitch and not fine pitch, which is why they don't bother to give the pitch measurement. That should be enough to go off of given the bolt size. Given the choice of two different pitch numbers for the same size bolt, the smaller one is coarse pitch.
