Brake Pad Holder Shaft Torque

I'm reinstalling my brakes, and I can't find any torque value for the brake pad holder shafts. Anybody have any idea what it should be? They were really tight when I unscrewed them.

you don't need a torque wrench to tighten it. Just use the L shape hex wrench to tighten it.
