I heard tht frame sliders are kinda useless on a ninja 250, someone told me tht it can cause more damage than good, But I dont know, maybe ask a senior member

I have yet to see frame sliders flip a ninja 250. It doesn't mean they won't. If you get the shoguns chances are 85% of the time them will be effective.

Frame sliders are generally good for beginners since most drops are from low speed/standstill. The danger comes into play when your bike is sliding from higher speeds. If the slider catches a pothole or curb, it can flip the bike or tear off the tab. Probably rare and unlikely, but can happen depending on your road conditions.
