kerosene and chain cleaning

will it harm my tires if i get some kerosene on them while cleaning my chain?

No, but wash the tires after that happens with detergent and water if possible.

At least, remove as much as possible with a clean rag.

Any oil product will damage pure rubber; but tires are made to resist damage to some extend.

I use dish soap on my tyres after I do my chain, best to use one without any fragrances or moisturisers.

clean with same stuff you wash your bike with. By the way, it should be something that doesn't remove your wax protection.
