looking for a 08-09 black modified 250r
hey im looking for a 08-09 black ninja 250r that has a tinted windscreen, fender eliminator for sale in northern virginia area.

Just look for a stock one. Fender eliminator and tinted windscreen are easy/cheap DIY things. You'll have some trouble finding a motorcycle in the exact color you want and with the modifications you want.

seriously......tinted screen and fender chop = 2 hours and 20 bucks.

Ditto, just go find the best deal you can on a black one, and look at the DIY's on the site, there's plenty of help on here
