'07 250r header/exhaust
Hello,
Curious if anyone knows if the gen 2 ('08) headers/exhaust would fit on the gen 1 ('07). Trying to go 2 into 1. Thank you. |

I know it been discussed before and from what i remember is that the header gap/distance between the to pipes going into the head are different. So short answer is no.

Muzzy and area p exhaust use to make single side after market ones but now can only find used and were louder

It can be done, but you'll need to cut the header pipes off the collector as well as remove the H-pipe joint. Rotate the header pipes to fit different exhaust-port spacing. Weld back onto collector. Weld H-pipe joiner back in.
