My rear tire hugger

I have not seen any of these huggers on ninjette.org so far, so i will be posting mine. The hugger i bought is from gardner douglas developments (http://www.gardug.com/). I did not buy from their site, but bought it as slight seconds from their account on ebay (gardnerdouglasdevelopments) the hugger is fiberglass. The company is in UK and shipping was 50 GBP. it was listed as 60 GBP or best offer. i offered 40, but was countered with 45. i decided to go and take it. Total including shipping came out to 95 GBP / $160.94 USD. it was shipped on Aug 23 and received Sep 6. It came with instructions, bolts, washers, nuts, spacers, a "U" bracket, and instructions. Oh, i forgot to mention...its a chain guard and hugger combo (attached, not separated).

Circled in red is where the "U" bracket attaches to the exhaust side swing arm and the hugger.

After installation, the hugger is very slightly offset to the left. i will play with it and see if i can center it or add more spacers or washers to the exhaust side mounting area to get it to be centered. overall, i think its a great product. Im happy with it and hope they expand their market for Ninjette parts.

hug your lonely tire and make it feel loved.

It actually prevents dirt, water, mud etc from flinging all over the rear shock and the components around it.

Gorilla25. Just got a posting from manufactor. Very prompt! The Hugger is designed to fit only a 130 rear tire and has about a 1/8th inch clearance on each side. It's too bad as it is really beautiful. thinking of going back to a 130 anyway so maybe that Hugger is in my future. Again thanks Gorilla25.
