So I'm gonna be on base this coming summer and I can't ride my bike for about a month I know I need to put fuel stabilizer after i fill it up? And a battery tender so it won't die there anything else I need to do? The bike is only 3 weeks old.

a month isn't really that long, the battery tender and the stabilizer are both good ideas. maybe just put a cover on her so she's not all dusty when you get back?

I'd just use fuel stabilizer and charge the battery before you park it. One month won't bother it.
