What is your dream bike?

I know for a lot of users here their 250 is their endgame but for myself and I assume a lot of others the 250 is a stepping stone to help you learn to be a better rider for when the time comes when you can get that bike that is currently too much for you to handle.

So, what is your endgame bike?

Mine is a white Ducati 848, so pretty. So so pretty.

P.S. I hope this thread wasn't already recently done ><

If I go the supersport route I want either a 2007 Yamaha R1 in red and black or 2010 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R in special edition green. I have also been looking at a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Mat Mladin edition but those are hard to find.

My dream bike

My dream bike
I want to pick up custom 2004 RC51 in Belfast Ireland and ride it around for a month or two. Then ferry over to the Isle of man for Practice week then MAD Sunday and the TT.( not to race the TT just to party)

It would be set up by the best Irish Road race mechanic. And I would buy the beer for the crew all month.

O sorry Lost in dream land.

That is why I buy lottery tickets.

My dream bike would be either a Triumph Sprint St, Kawi C14 or an Aprilia Futura. All three of those bikes make me drool. I could pick up a 02 Futura but the advice I get from friends is to stay away because parts and service would be hard to come by.

I drool over that one as well, but I think that much power would tempt me too much on the road. The 848 is more than enough for me xD.

I don't think I've ever had one of anything. Here are a few dreams;

Old School Yosh Katana (I've had two 82 Katanas)

The 800 will be extinct next year so why not one of these

I gotta go with the same answer as Postiez : White Ducati 848!

Second choice Triumph Daytona 675 SE (nice choice edbro!)

Racer X - the RC51 is such an amazing bike! I raced one for a year and loved it! (see profile pic!) All the guys thought I was crazy, but it was just so much fun on the track! Stable, confidence inspiring (but a big pig on tight tracks!).

I like the Honda NT700V. It would be my first choice for long distance touring. For short distance touring--1000 to 3000 miles, the Ninjette is fine--especially with the 15T front sprocket.

This thread made me go to my local BMW dealer today. I sat on the S1000RR.

The thing fits me, darnit.

And they offer test rides.

Rainy today, but I'll be back.

I also saw, sat on and really, REALLY liked the K1300S. Not as extreme... more practical, but still a sportbike for sure. The only thing about it that I don't like is the weight. Oh, and the price tag. Pfft. Trifles.
