Hey all,

My name is Greg, and I just picked up a 2005 Ninja 250 today to make into my first track bike. Came here to register because I saw a thread regarding swapping out the swingarm for a 2008+ model and for swapping out the forks/triple tree with a 2008+ model as well.

Registered here in order to view the thread and learn more about that procedure and all of the required tools/parts for that job on these bikes.

As I build the bike into a track bike (my first time) I will likely have a ton of questions, and will likely post progress on the build as well.
