Angry Need Help! 06 250 pouring gas out front of carbs

Hi everyone! This is my first post on here and I’m needing some help. I recently picked up a nice 2006 ninja 250 for a good deal and was told it sat over winter but ran fine before. I’ve rebuilt carbs before so I wasn’t worried about it and got it running but it’s pouring gas out of the front of the carbs. I replaced both float bowl seals because they were pretty rough but it’s still doing the exact same thing! I’m at a loss of what’s going on, can anyone help?? I attached a video to help show what’s going on. I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks in advance!

The float valves are not shutting off the fuel flow when the bowls get full. If it's doing it with the bike just sitting, the petcock is also not stopping flow from the gas tank like it should.

Float valve was my first thought as well. However, it could be other things too. Here's a good example.

Work on a flat surface like table unlike the guy on the video lol.

I had this same issue with fuel pouring out of the carbs after I shut it off. Turned out I simply had a vacuum line misrouted. Check and double check your vacuum diagram with your lines.

yes, confirm all your hose-routing is proper. And test petcock's vacuum function, should probably get rebuild-kit and fix it. Make sure your carb's float valves seal and shut off petrol flow otherwise you may have some issues on hand...

Carbs removed, a wet test (gravity fed source) will easily reveal source of leakage.

Setup something like this, though the thin tubes are for measuring fuel levels in each bowl. As described, yours should pour without the tubes. With carbs removed, easy access to see under over, front, back.

Standard within my normal service, wet test for any leaks and fuel level checks/careful adjustments if needed.
