I guess let me mention: when we're talking to people who are building bikes- make sure to tell them to be very clear with dyno shops to LEAVE THE SNORKEL IN! The dynojet instructions include removing the snorkel. I'm not the only person who's been handed a dyno sheet and a snorkel when picking the bike up.

I was gonna do it yesterday while I had the bike there for a few minutes, but I didn't think they'd want to dyno the bike with vice grips on my shifter, the ignition zip tied somewhere, gauge cluster just sitting on the tank, and the starter switch broken so the only way to start the bike is short the two wires together...

You know what's really cool and amazing is that that too long ago 2:08-2:10 were the times the front runner were laying down. And now the midpack racers are laying down those times. That's really cool, and yet scary cuz it'll just be a matter of time till those guys are doing 2:03s.

At some point, the 250s won't be able to go any faster. Meaning maybe 2:00-2:03s will be the best the 250s can do. Then everybody will be doing 2:00-2:03s...what a cluster fcuk it's gonna be fighting for podium. Me no like. If & when that happens I'll jump on the 300 and create a thread asking why can't the 300 be allowed to race with the 250s.
