have you considered a movie career perhaps?
ya need to position yer body parts...the law of gravity has things rolling downhill and settling at the low point so plan accordingly. make some stops, stretch and unpack yer package/s...ya know..get the blood flowing... (...on second thought...) ANYWAY....pace yourself my friend. know you've got youth on your side but trust me, your nutz and buttz will appreciate it...! next!

Just stand up on the pegs and make an 'adjustment' every now and then like I do. *

Support yourself more with your feet/legs. Even if you're not always standing up, put most of your weight into the foot pegs. Over bumps, you should sort of float off of the seat enough to save your homies.

well, i would imagine if you cut the padding right, then you could adjust the whole sloping of the seat. that way you wouldn't be angled forward anymore. i haven't done it, but that is what i would think.

I've got to change out my seat cover so I figured this would be the perfect time to add some extra padding to help solve this problem.

what I did for this was shave the seat the stock seat felt like I was sitting on a water logged 4x4 or a big ass tampon I ended up taking almost an inch off the seat all the way around it and flattening it out some and it wasn't hard to do at all and I have no problems anymore

I know that...
I have a dirty perverted mind, but it is a good thing that DO have some sense, because I thought of some real zingers from the comments on this thread.
But, for real, shifting your position around, sliding back every few minutes, helps ease the pressure on the sensitive areas. I have thought about getting a corbin seat in the future. My first ride around the island, I stopped and looked around at some of the scenic areas for several minutes, that helped. Never had a "long ride" yet. nb

to solve the sliding forward problem, i just probe my 10" rock hard woody against the tank...but then i afraid i'd poke a hole in my prescious tank in an emergency stoppie so I got Corbin instead

This is a serious reply. If you are contemplating a long ride you need the proper equipment. Go to Dick`s Sporting Goods or a bicycle shop of your choice, and buy some Cycling Shorts. These shorts have a chamois in the crotch area. You do NOT wear underwear with these shorts. You also buy some "Butt Butter"--which is a lubricating cream, which you apply liberally to your crotch area (Same rule for our ladies). You can save some money and use Bag Balm which is available in most drug stores. You then put on your jeans or riding pants. I can guarantee that your problem will be solved--a damn sight less expensive than a Corbin. I am a long distance bicyclist and I do a lot of "Centuries" 100mi rides" I also have no problem whatsoever doing a 500 miler on my stock Ninjette. The secret is Cycling Shorts and Butt Butter. Look in your Aerostich Catalogue, and you will see cycling shorts advertised at a premium price. I always wear cycle shorts under my Icon riding pants for anything over 100 miles. On Monday I will be going on a 500 miler and will be gone for a week. I suspect that I will put 1500 miles on the bike in the next eight days. I will be well rested and will not have the chafe that a lot of people complain about.

At one time, I also was a very avid cyclist and I had forgot about those shorts. I still mine, I will have to try that, thanks Alex.

LOL to the topic! Seriously, though, I haven't tried the bike shorts though I will be getting them in the near future. But use your thighs more to hold you steady when you're riding/braking so the boys don't get too crunched up. And long stretches of road, like someone already posted, you can sit back or even lean back a bit...

Bike shorts or not, the stock Ninja seat will still push your crotch into the tank. My Corbin is big enough that I can move around more and flatter than the stock seat, but I wouldn't go removing more foam from a custom Corbin. Either you like them or you don't, but most do. If you really want to customize I'd chop up the stock seat foam to your liking and then get a new seat cover from Custom Seat Creations for short money.

I totally forgot that I used to ride with my crotch against the gas tank. I really don't have any trouble keeping my arse against the backstop of my rear seat cowl now, keeping my goodies well out of harm's way.

you can just slide back on the seat when the crotch starts to get saddle sore. When you tuck down at high speed you have to slide back on the seat so that should help a bit.

If riding that short of ride (or anyone that is having this problem) you need to put ice on your nuts for at least 20 minutes. If you can get dry ice it will only take 5 minutes.
For all you guys that are pretending to complain that your nuts hurt just so you can rub them, you're sick. For all you girls that want to know what it is like (you don't want to know).

haha...bat wing..havent seen waiting in a while. yesterday i went on a 160 mile trip and my boys were doing great the whole way....but my a$$ on the other hand...not so much. it made my ride miserable and i just wanted to go home. is this from not riding that often, or is the stock seat just not meant for long rides?
